I have a 1999 kawasaki zx7r ninja i installed led front turn signals and the only way they will work is if i rev the engine can anyone help

When you rev the engine, the alternator voltage increases. I think that the LED bulb does not light up, do to not enough voltage at lower rpm's or idle speed. Buy some LED bulbs that are rated for the correct voltage. There is a minimum voltage requirement before the LED can turn on. If you have the correct voltage LED bulbs, then there is not enough current, in hundreds of milliamperes, until you rev the engine.

Engine cuts out when requiring boost

check Fuel pressure regulator by disconnecting the vacuum hose. Didn't say what year you have, yet the timing belt can also cause this as I had similar problems on an 87 and the belts were loose and floppy causing erratic firing/idling. A little easy trick to check timing belts without taking any parts off to get at timing belts, is (and no one knows about this one, hee) with a timing light!

I am having bajaj es125 : engine RPM increases when pressing clucth while coming to lower gear & not remaining at idle tuning

Hi, Vrishali and the usual suspects are:
1. Idle speed improperly adjusted.
2. Inlet system air leak.
3. Leaking accelerator pump.
4. Loose low-speed jet.
5. Plugged low-speed jet.
6. Contaminated or plugged low-speed circuit.
7. Enrichner valve is not seated or leaking.

Kawasaki brush cutter th34, clutch removal. There are two hex headed bolts holding the clutch mechanism into place. I was able to loosen both bolts but then after maybe 2 or 3 anticlockwise turns both...

Please use lots of care if you use the Internet to hunt for your repair manual!

These clowns CLAIM to have one for your TH34 but you MUST REGISTER to get it...suddenly MALWAREBYTES PRO started flashing 'alerts' about attempts to install a VIRUS on my system ~ NOT good!

The CLAIM to have MANY PAGES of desirable manuals to download from Harley s to whatever... Do NOT even TRY to download any:

Hi there i have a ''92/93 model zzr400 kawasaki and it starts fine but needs throttle or it dies on me then i have to restart it i have to keep revs up to stop this , also after awhileriding it the temp...

Increase your idle speed at the fuel/air intake manifold. There should be a screw to allow for this adjustment. If that fails the engine timing may be off and should vbe reset to stabilize idle speed.

How to increase speed?

You can bore out the barrel to take a bigger piston or swap barrels from a 110 or 125. I know the 110 barrel can be taken out to take a Kawasaki 150 piston. This will need a new CDI and best to modify the exhaust too (more free flowing). I've done this with my Honda C70 and gone up to a wave 125 piston. the only thing holding me back is the 3 speed gear box but I have changed the sprockets to give higher cruising speeds.

You will need a bigger carb. Honda Dash Carb is just spot on. Its a Keihin and get an original (with the heavy plunger) not a cheap fake. They can stick open causing problems!

Good luck!
