Question about Canon PIXMA MP620 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have checked the trays etc and cannot see a jam. I have switched it off and left it for a while but message still comes up with " Error- rear cover- the paper is jammed. Clear the paper and press OK
Hello! I have solved your problem! The first thing you need to do is extend the back paper holder all the way up. This should uncover a long rectangular hole. There is a plastic piece with 2 arrows pointing to the right on it (if you are looking at the back straight on). Simply push them to the Right and it will pop up on the Left side. You can now lift that piece out and VOILA there is your misfed paper! Just reinsert the rectangular piece back in after you have taken the misfed paper out! -Gary Maples
