Manual for DG 6000 GENERATOR


Make sure the main breaker on the top right is turned on then make sure the breaker for the outlet you were using on the generator is turned on. Also make sure you're not using it for something that draws more power than the generator can handle because the breaker will trip every time. If that doesn't do it And you're not familiar on how to test the actual generator with a voltmeter then you'll have to bring it in to be fixed. Also if I recall there is a switch that controls the voltage make sure the switch is in the correct voltage position according to what you're using it for

Preglow diesel


The glowplug is designed to heat the diesel fuel prior to cranking. Typically you energize the glow plug for 10-30 seconds then hit the starter. If the battery is weak or it is very cold, you may have to run the glow plug a little longer.

How to adjust fuel consume in gasoline generator?


The fuel consumption of a DG or Gas Generator is proportional to the power generated and the frequency  maintenance.
The fuel/air ratio can be adjusted only at one power point or free run in service conditions.
