Hard wiring requires the services of an accredited electrician
it requires an isolation switch on the wall near the cooker and suitable heavy gauge wiring and circuit breaker in the power board
it is not a diy job

How to hard wire to back of cooker

I gather your cooker has a cord and plug? The connections from the cord and plug into the oven would be where you connect the fixed wiring. This must be done by a licensed Electrician ( In Australia)

Ive started to wire up a cooker to the maines in the kitchen wall the wires in that are blue yellow and brown but the wires on my cooker are brown yellow and red why is the red one diffrent

By cooker I guess you mean stove/oven. Different makers use different color wires, but if this is a 220 volt unit, you should have two hot wires and one neutral. The hots can connect to either hot, just don't hook a hot to the ground. Use a voltmeter to see which of the mains is hot (if in doubt), and trace wires on cooker to see which is the ground. Easy!

There is a inline 10-amp fuse that has blown, it is a little difficult to get to, it is located on the inner wall of the cooker, it is covered by a piece of braided insulation , it looks like a wire, black wire on one side and a white wire on the other end

He will probably hard wire it from the terminal block inside the back panel of the oven into the cooker switch or outlet plate on the wall.(providing there is one, if not he will have to wire it back to the main fusebox) .

In the top cover of your rice cooker there is a sensor that controls the cooking circuit. Most of the t\ime what happens is the wire in the hinge area breaks due to the opening and closing of the lid. I even had to repair my own rice cooker by cutting away the damaged wire then soldering a longer new wire in BOTH wires. I also added shrink tubing over the 4 connections on 2 wires.
