SOURCE: Please help I have a intex pure spa and it has

According to Intex - E96 is a "System Error", and the most common problem associated with that fault code is a failed GFCI Cord End.

SOURCE: Flow issues through MasterTemp 400

I am only asking, because I noticed that you reported that this is a 400,000 BTU heater. And you are speaking of spa jets?
And... You stated that you are seeing pretty good flow coming into the pump, because you can see through the lid of your pump. This provides for me, a red flag. If water is coming into the pump at a good pace, it's got to be going somewhere, right?
you can't have X amount of water coming into the pump and have less then X returning to the spa. If this be the case, then you have an underground leak, and you will be noticing a water loss problem. So... i'm going to take a guess, that this may be a pool/spa combo?
if so, my guess would be that certain valves, are not properly opened or closed. And I would guess that water is returning to the pool, and the remainder of the water is flowing back through the spa jets, that you are reporting.
if this system that you are reporting about, is only a spa, then I will join the club, I too am stumped.

SOURCE: I've got an Intex pure spa hot tub and the air bubbles button isn't working but the LED screen is on??? Any suggestions?

  • Do the other buttons work fine?
  • Did you press REALLY hard and break it
  • Have you tried pressing it REALLY hard when its not broken- Probably a bad idea
  • if you have the know how and the bravery take the face plate off (MAKE SURE THE POWER IS OFF AND THE WHOLE THING IS UNPLUGGED)!!!!!1
  • check the wires going to the back panel of the screen Rusted, corroded? Might be covered under warranty - refer to manual or look-up based on how long you've had unit

I have an Intex Pure Bubble Intex Pure Bubble Spa. The filters do not have any suction. Are they supposed to? If so how much? I do not feel anything.

For a test only, remove filters and see if you feel anything against the fitting?
If nothing either 'Air Lock', keeping it from priming the pump.
Or, bad pump!
Secondly, are you still dealing with a problem?

Intex 633 lost suction

I have seen a common problem when customers change / clean their filter is that put the DRY clean filter in the skimmer box or filter holder and sometimes it can cause an "air lock"
Just take your garden hose put in the intake outlet of your pool and turn that baby on....If you start seeing air bubbles on the discharge end of the line most likely that was your trouble.
If the problem still persist then at that time look into pump repair / replacement.
Good Luck!
