If you accidentally went through an E-Zpass lane (or any other wireless toll payment system), they will usually send a bill to the registered owner's address, by reading your lisence plate. You should expect some sort of fee on top of the toll cost.

on I-88 there are $3.60 tolls at Dixon and DeKalb. almost all of the interstates have tolls. you can take route/ highway 20 and there are no tolls.

I missed paying toll on the way to Chicago downtown via I-88 East. Paid $1.50 on way back and asked the toll attendent for assistance. She told me it was Plaza # 52 and the amount $1.50.How do I pay?
