Are you getting it on the pictures also or only on the display

from what you are saying i think the camera is still under warrenty and would suggest you take it to the service guys as this can a be a problem on the CMOS if the line is on the photos also

but if it is only on the display then you might be talking about the grid, try the display toggle button beside the LCD and you can find diferent modes of display

in any case just to be sure can u send out a pic of the LCD to my mail id

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

One thing you could try is telling us the maker of your camera. At least three companies make model S1000 cameras.

Phone doesn't ring at station

Sounds like your station (phone) is set to not ring. You need to check your ring assignment.
Feat # *
Enter password (default is 000000)
Press the soft key under "show"
Press the soft key under "next" until 1. STATION appears in the display.
Press the soft key under "show" SHOW STA:_ appears.
Enter your station number and press the show soft key
Press the "next" soft key until RING ASSIGNMENT shows on the display.
Press the "show" soft key. You will see CO LINE 1 : followed by NONE or DAY or NITE or BOTH.

If it says NONE, your phone never rings for an incoming call. If DAY or NIGHT your phone rings depending on the time of day and the time definitions for DAY and NIGHT programmed into the KEY unit. If it says BOTH, your phone should ring all the time.

If you need to change the setting, press the "chg" soft key until the desired setting comes up.
When you're done with LINE 1, press the "next" soft key to move to the next line. Repeat the process for all your active lines. Obvisously changing settings on lines with no CO connection will have no affect.

While your in the mode, check your RECEIVE ASSIGNM as well to make sure your phone is configured to receive incoming call. It was the station feature just before the RING ASSIGNMENT feature.

Hope this helps.
