SOURCE: GE French Door Frig control panel blinking temp #s

I had a very similar problem with our GE refrigerator. The main control board looked to be the culprit. I took out the board and did a visual inspection. Upon inspection I discovered that the (2) 470 micro farad capacitors were blown. I checked the power diode near these and it was still ok. I went to Radio Shack and picked up two 470 micro farad - 35V capacitors for and grand total of $2.60 and resoldered them myself. The refrigerator has been running great since. If you want to know more details email me and I will be happy to let you know what I know. I didn't want to pay $100 for a GE guy to replace a board either!

How to reset the order filter feature

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that the order filter light is showing on your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# DGHF2360PF, and you want to know how to reset it. What you will need to do is press and hold the Water Filter button on the Ice & Water Dispenser control panel for three seconds. When the display changes from Red to Green, the status has been reset. I hope this is helpful.

-Best regards-

I have a Maytag Model MFF2557HEW French Door Frig. The Evaporation motor is out, where do I install the new one? Under it, behind it or inside?

Hi, The evaporator fan motor is located behind the inside rear panel of the freezer section. Remove the screws in the panel and the panel should lift out.
I hope this helps you. Please let me know if I can assist you further.
