That first number sequence is the key: UW 03038 (I think you may have typed an extra digit...)
UW is the identifying mark for "Urgos" - a German manufacturer of high-quality clock movements,
or in layman's terms - the part that houses all the gearing, etc. between its brass plates.
The dial, hands, pendulum, weights, chime, etc. are each separate components that attach to
The Urgos indicia (UW) is followed by a five-digit "model number" for that specific movement.
You can use this information to track down various Urgos parts on the ClockWorks website.
