You need to set an appointment with DFA first before you can go to the nearest DFA branch in your area. There is no way that they will entertain you if you didn't set any appointment.

There are also some procedures that you can find in that site.

Right after setting an appointment, DFA will inform you on what date you will need to appear to any DFA branch near to you.

I suggest you ring your passport office and check if you need and appointment and what documents you need to take with you when you go to the passport office.

you will need to set it up that it overwrites and does not duplicate appointments.

You need to hard reset the Blackberry to fix this, its a temp JVM error. Just pull out the battery while the device is on, leave out for 30 seconds and put it back in and wait for the device to restart.
