Question about Cobra Computers & Internet
I initially enrolled in medicare with a start date of Nov. 1, 2016. I then made a written request to change my initial enrollment date to start Jan. 1, 2017. I received a new medicare card with the Jan. 1, 2017 start date. However, I cannot find it. This payment for insurance occurred because I mis-understood the payments I would have to make. I had understood I had no premium, which was wrong. In order to get my insurance re-instated after it was cut off end of February, 2017, I paid for January - March. When it was still not re-instated, I was then told I would have to pay back to Nov. 1st 2016 to get re-instated w/o having to wait for a resolution of my issue. I have been re-instated, but now want a refund of the $400+ I paid for November-December, 2016. Any ideas?
