Assuming you are using Windows, try this... Go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Admin Tools -> Computer Management. Expand Storage and Click on Disk Management. In the right hand pane find the volume for you USB drive and select it. Right click and pick Delete Partition. (Make sure you pick the right partition!!) If that works you should see blank space where the partition used to be. You should now be able to create a new partition and format it. Hope this helps

How to download songs on my mp3 player

Hi,

First plug it into the USB port on your computer. Wait for the operating system to detect it and install the appropriate driver for it.
Then go to My Computer and it'll be there as a Removable Disk. However, the first thing you have to do with a new Removable Device such as this is, right-click on the drive and Format the drive.
This will let you operating system understand and allocate space on the drive for your songs.
Then you can copy and paste any mp3 onto it. Some mp4's are protected though so they won't play on it.
Hope this helps

Been in prison for a long time...

Hi:
1.- Insert Card in the PC slot, your computer instantly is going to recognize your device emitting an audible midi sound.
2.- go to my computer
3 check on my computer windows if the device is present with a letter
E:\, or F:\ if yes, right click on the letter that corresponds to the device, choose format, once formated you are able to copy your songs. Minimize it using - top right corner.
go to the folders you keep your songs I hope you have MP3 format instead WMA format. (MP3 takes less space on the device)
select your songs highlighten them using CTRL C once selected R click, select copy open E;\ or whatrever be your drive and r click on a blank space in the opened E:\ or F:\ window and select paste.
Hope it helps. DH
