Absolutely, what you need to do first though, is have your IMEI and SIM serial numbers handy from the first phone. Simply push the center, round button in the middle of the top array, and it should open to Prepaid, select that and go to the 2cd option which is IMEI and select that, and write down that number. Then do the same thing with the 3rd option, which is SIM. Once you have those 2 numbers in hand, do the same ith your new phone. Once done, call the 1 800 number for your area and speak with a represenative and they will walk you through the rest of the proscess and add your existing minutes to your new phone.

You'll have to contact tracfone customer service to do that. Contact them from a phone other than the one you're trying to deactivate. You'll have to give them the imei number for your new phone to transfer it to.
