As long as they are both registered to the same account. You can transfer them by going to 'Manage Your Kindle' or they will be archived, as long as you downloaded the books via Amazon.

Electronic purchase is sometimes limited and not accespted from certain countries. If denial persists, might be the reason.

I would dump the files of any books you have read and no longer need, you may have a problem with the memory not having any free space.
