SOURCE: Referator doors are hard to open
When you shut the door there is a vacuum occuring and causing the doors to be hard to open. Take someting like a popcicle stick, break it in half and put them together, one on the other and tape it to the gasket at the bottom of the ref side door. This will make a vacuum break and should make the doors easier to open. Also, make sure your gaskets are clean, no sticky stuff on them or the frame.

SOURCE: Doors hard to open
My husband, an engineer, fixed this problem after a service visit did nothing to fix the hard to open door problem. He duct taped a small section of a straw (about 4 inches) to the inside top of the door frame so that one end of the straw was inside of the fridge and the other end was on the outside. It doesn't even show. Voila! Pressure released and it's worked great ever since!!

This is normal and nothing to worry about. The warm air that enters the freezer when the door is open simply cools and causes a pressure drop in the freezer whioch makes the door hard to open for a while until the pressure equalises. It at least proves that you have good door seals!
