1.)go to www.safelinkwireless.com
2.)check status - beside service and support tab on the top portion
3.)click check enrollment
4.)fill out the information ALTERNATE SEARCH and then click go
5.)on the next page, it will give you your enrollment status and enrollment id

On the letter they sent to you. You can call them and give them the information they need to locate that number too.
