LP Conversion for Jenn Air CVG316 (about 10 years...

Hiya! I'm hoping someone can help me. Someone gave us a perfectly good, natural gas, Jenn Air cooktop, CVG316B. It's about 10-12 years old. I need to convert it to LP, but no one seems to have the conversion kit for this. Is there some way I can use another conversion kit (i.e. are all Jenn Air conversion kits the same?), or do it without the "official CVG316 conversion kit"? The folks saved a lot of stuff, but my husband didn't see anything in the box that looked like new orifices. Any help would be most appreciated! ~Karen
