Where did you get this Model? I would take it back to that place, and have them look at it for FREE! See what estimate it would cost to get it fixed. Sometimes this is a glitch in the Circuit Board that doesn't respond right because the wires are loose. See whether you can get that place to take care of it, or you should find a refurbished Medical Place that can do the right job for you who knows how to do this type of fixing. Do not just accept the first one that gives an estimate. Get three estimates, and also if you don't know where to go. The City should have an Information line some place in the telephone Book and a Phone # that will be attached to being able to help you. Try that first, and don't forget to get those three estimates.Good Luck to you.

What does my tss300 power indicater keep flashing left to right but won't move. batteries are fully charged and reset is set?

The chair is more than likely in free wheel. There are two levers under front of the seat (yellow). Pulling them forward should place the chair in freewheel and pushing the levers back should place the chair in drive. Once in drive mode, turn power on to reset joystick.

Hi I have a Jazzy 614 HD. I charge my chair with (new charger) and it turns off when fully charged and my Joy stick reads fully charged (New Joystick and new batteries) but within three to four hour

perhaps since your chair is over 2.5 years old you have underlaying problems such as motorheatup or excessive drag per a locked bearing or a bushingtrhat is out of lube.somebody needs to at everything that moves thathas to do withload carry,or powertrain.

I charged the batteries for 12 hours and then turned the chair on. The batteries appear to be bully charged, but the chair will not move. The joystick is flashing 8 times. Apparently a joystick fault? ...

There isn't too much you can do to fix this problem. You will have to have the joystick replaced. If Medicare paid for the chair then they will pay for most of the repair costs contact the provider that sold you your chair to have them order a joystick from Pride and repair the chair for you Hope this helps

the batteries are not charged and need to be replaced. The reason you have lights is because the charger is supplying power to the chair and the chair will not move when the charger is plugged in because of the inhibit function. Replace the batteries and make sure you charge before use Hope this helps

Batteries fully charged. When traveling aprox. 300 feet full speed the batery indicator says the chair is out of power and slows to a crawl. after letting it rest for a few minutes the Indicator says...

Has your power chair been sitting unused for a while? It sounds like your batteries have become damaged and are having problems discharging the power smoothly or may not be taking a full charge.
The batteries contain a gel that needs to have current run through it on a regular basis (at least 8 hours once a week) or it will solidify. If you attach the charger, what will most likely happen is the green light will either stay green or go to green after a very short time. The charger will indicate the batteries are full, but instead of being full of power, they are full of crud. Your warranty will most likely not cover replacment as this is due to customer neglect, but your insurance may still cover the replacement if you can wait for the process to go through. Otherwise, you will need to replace the batteries on your own.
Good luck!
