Mr CS Vincent, Before you approach any other bodies I'd like you to write to the Cheif of the company from which you took replacement cover alongwith xerox copies of receipt and their answere to your replacement request. Explicitly indicating them that you are giving them 30 days time in which they can sort out the matter and replace your shaver or else you will take the matter to the consumer court.
