Here is the manual for your phone. Page 28 describes how to get your phone ready for your bluetooth headset.

But as for your headset, it depends on the individual headset. If you had a plantronics headset, you would go to their site, http://plantronics.com/ , click their support section, and then find your headset and grab the manual off the site for it.

Usually for headsets, it involves holding the power button on for so long, then entering your default password for the headset(usually 1111) into your phone.

Between your phones manual, and the headset one, you should be good to go. :)

SOURCE: connecting bluetooth headset

You have to go through a process to pair the devices.

Firstly:
Make sure bluetooth is turned on on your laptop (varies for each model)
Make sure the headset is fully charged.

With the headset power off, press and hold
the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the
blue indicator light turns on and remains
steadily lit.

Then goto the bluetooth control panel and select "Look for Devices" or similar. Wait until the device has been found and when it asks for a passkey, enter 0000 and press okay.

I have a back beat 903 blue tooth headphone i have problem connect with my laptop two day before working fine now when try to connect error

It almost sounds like the computer is not recognizing the Bluetooth device. Try deleting it then reset for the bluetooth again. Also check your control panel on you pc to see if it is set up as usable.

Good luck from Headsets Direct!

Hbhpv708 when i press any button the red light glows the headset is on phones will recognize the headset but connecting to it will fail resetting also not working

Hi, Before any bluetooth will connect to any phone, the red or red and blue light must flash back and forth. Make sure you're phone is in the set-up mode to recognize the phone. The easy way to do this if you dono't have directions, is to get the name and numbers off of the bluetooth and go online to find it. It will walk you through the steps to connect it to your phone. I have done this with many different models if all else fails. Give it a try and let me know what happens. This will solve you're problem,

I cannot get it to connect. My Palm Centro recognizes it, but says that is unable to connect even though it has done so in the past.

Try disconnecting the bluetooth device then turn the bluetooth off then hold the power button untill the bluetooth shows a solid red light then try connecting the bluetooth between your palm and the bluetooth device hope this helps
