Push and hold both vol(+) and vol (-) at the same time for approx 2 secs. The headset will falsh green and red lights. Get your phone to search for bluetooth devices. It should find the headset. Enter pairing code 1234 in phone. Done.

Try holding down the green button release the mike then enter 0000 the phone should then pair. This worked for me so I hope it will work for you.

Depending on the phone... try and remove the current bluetooth device, if there is any. Close the headset. Go to the phone and choose discover, or search. Open the headset and press and hold the big button. It should then turn purple and should be recognized.
The boom should be open when you press the button.
Also make sure the battery on theheadset is charged before doing this.
The passkey will be 0000, four zeros.

Bluetooth headsets have their passkey (or PIN or pairing code) hardcoded by their manufacturers. The most commonly chosen codes by them is '0000' (four zeros), which happens to be your case.
