there should be 2 buttons on the side of the phone push the top one
menu>settings>profiles>pick on that you want to use then hit the left soft key and scroll down to volume

When you are receiving a call use the up/down or left/right rocker (the squarish thingy around the circular button in the middle) to increase/decrease the volume. This also works for the speaker volume if you have the speaker on.

yes go to menu, settings,personal, profiles pick the profile u r using tap on it pick personalise and pick message alert or ring type hope this helps
