I cut half a 16 pound ham and baked on 12/23/2017 and put remainder wrapper in freezer wrap in refrigerator is it to old to fix today

That depends if it is a salted ham such as gammon then the salt retards very effectively the bacteria growth, if it a plain unsalted ham then look at it if there is discolouration and a smell that is caused by bacteria growth on ham.
use your instinct and if unsure better safe than sorry and bin it.

see this link for food safety info its says 3 to 4 days for fresh (uncured) ham so that would mean its not safe to eat,

if its cured ham eg. salted then 3 to 5 days and still too old

there are many variations of ham so check this chart to decide

Had a fully cooked ham and heated it up with the dressings for it. can tjis ham be frozen

hi Verene.
If you have leftovers, you can easily store ham in the refrigerator for up to a week. However, if you have a lot, or even a whole cooked or smoked ham left untouched, youcan keep it in the freezer for longer storage. ... 2 Place your sliced or cut-up ham into airtight freezer bags.

I need to know it okay to eat a ham that been in the freeze for a year I got from a job I never open it up I just put in the freeze how long before it not any good to eat

If it has been frozen the entire time it should be safe to eat. Most anything that has been continually frozen should be safe to eat if cooked and eaten soon after thawing it out. Bacteria is what spoils anything and bacteria cannot multiply in a frozen environment. Depending on what it is,how long it was frozen and whether or not it was exposed to air while being frozen will determine whether or not there is an undesirable change to the taste, color or texture.
The best (safest) way to thaw anything out would be slowly in a properly working and set refrigerator.
Your ham should be OK,especially if it was frozen in its original plastic packaging without being opened or exposed to air before freezing. I have eaten previously frozen hams and turkeys (in their original packaging) that were in my freezer a lot longer than one year... and I never noticed any difference in taste.

Refreeze unopened vacuum package cooked ham that has thawed in refrigerator?

It is not best practice to refreeze things and it is the sort of thing that gets people sacked from catering jobs and other food-related employment because in that sort of environment the practice is against hygiene regulations.

We have all done it and mostly got away with it but I wouldn't risk it with a product that will eventually be eaten without further cooking. Refreezing stuff that will be cooked or thoroughly heated after eventual thawing is a calculated risk environmentally and economically-minded people are willing to take but cooked ham is a risk too far unless you intend to use it in soups, hashes or similar.
A heavily smoked ham would probably survive the process in a slightly safer condition than unsmoked.

I hope I have helped you make a good decision.

How long can i freeze leftover ham

The answer is that it depends. I don't recommend freezing ham radios. Your owner's manual probably has specified a safe range of operation. Freezing your radio will more than likely cause permanent damage.

If you are talking about the food ham, you are in the wrong place. You can store ham frozen for as long as you want, provided you don't mind freezer burn. Generally three months is about the longest you can freeze cooked meat and maintain the quality.
