Gentler that what? yes, this medication is gentler that some products, however, do not take anything else with Paracetamol in it which could cause an overdose.

Helicobacterpylori,what is it??

What is an H. pylori infection? H. pylori are spiral-shaped bacteria that grow in the digestive tract and have a tendency to attack the stomach lining. H. pylori infections are usually harmless, but they're responsible for the majority of ulcers in the stomach and small intestine.
H. pylori is a common type of bacteria that usually infects the stomach. They may be present in more than half of all people in the world, according to the Mayo Clinic. The "H" in the name is short for Helicobacter. "Helico" means spiral. The bacteria are spiral shaped.
H. pylori normally infect your stomach during childhood. While infections with this strain of bacteria typically don't cause symptoms, they can lead to diseases in some people, including peptic ulcers, and an inflammatory condition inside your stomach known as gastritis.
H. pylori are adapted to live in the harsh, acidic environment of the stomach. These bacteria can change the environment around them and reduce its acidity so they can survive. The shape of H. pylori allows them to penetrate your stomach lining, where they're protected by mucus and your body's immune cells are not able to reach them. The bacteria can interfere with your immune response and ensure that they're not destroyed. This can lead to stomach problems. Causes
What causes H. pylori infections? It's still not known exactly how H. pylori infections spread. The bacteria have coexisted with humans for many thousands of years. The infections are thought to spread from one person's mouth to another. They may also be transferred from poopystuff to the mouth. This can happen when a person does not wash their hands thoroughly after using the bathroom. H. pylori can also spread through contact with contaminated water or food.
The bacteria are believed to cause stomach problems when they penetrate the stomach's mucous lining and generate substances that neutralize stomach acids. This makes the stomach cells more vulnerable to the harsh acids. Stomach acid and H. pylori together irritate the stomach lining and may cause sores or peptic ulcers in your stomach or duodenum, which is the first part of your small intestine.

Can I take naproxen & co Codamol together?

Do not take with anything else containing paracetamol, such as cold and flu treatments, co-codamol, or co-dydramol, as this will result in taking more than the recommended maximum daily dose of paracetamol. Examples include ibuprofen (Nurofen®), diclofenac (Voltarol®), naproxen, meloxicam, indometacin and piroxicam.

If you stop taking daily aspirin can you get stomach pains

No, but I would be more concerned about the reason you stopped your daily aspirin. Aspirin is known to upset stomachs, but the ones with enteric coating on them are better tolerated.

Got spots on my lower back

If you haven\'t had chicken pox as a child then adults certainly can contract it. The greater risk in adults is though is that the virus responsible for chicken pox can also cause shingles. This is a much more serious illness.

Measles is also possible to contract as an adult.

Did you have the MMR vaccine? If so, then it is unlikely that you have contracted either measles or chicken pox.

Symptoms of measles generally appear within 14 days of exposure to the virus. Symptoms include:

People with chickenpox have the following symptoms before the rash appears:

  • Fever

  • Headache

  • Stomach ache

The chickenpox rash occurs about 10 to 21 days after coming into contact with someone who had the disease. The average patient develops 250 to 500 small, itchy, fluid-filled blisters over red spots on the skin.

I recently heard about the drug Alli for weight loss. Is it a good option for me to consider?

Alli is a reduced strength version of Orlistat which is a prescription drug that is given to help deal with obesity.Because it is reduced strength it's approved as an over the counter option for overweight adults. Like all weight loss tablets, it needs to be used in conjunction with a low calorie diet and exercise.

Whilst alli can be a gentler alternative to some of the diet pills out there, it still has significant side effects and risks. So I would always discuss it with a physician.

Wt you mean by spin in washing machine

its a separate cycle all by itself.
Say U hand wash something in a sink and instead of wringing it out by hand U can put it in the washer and press this SPIN cycle.
So U can also use it to spin more water out of your garments after the regular wash and spin cycle.

Slower spin speeds mean -

  • Cheaper washing machines
  • Quieter washing machines
  • More stable washing machines
  • Longer lasting washing machines because there's less wear and tear on the bearings, motor, carbon brushes, suspension etc.*
  • Gentler on laundry
  • The drum spins for approx 4 or 5 mins. No water is added and you dont add detergent or fabric softener for the spin only option. The object of the exercise is to centrifugally remove excess water from the garments in the drum. They will still be damp but not sopping wet after the spin cycle
  • Spin takes the water out, extract is even better

What is the maximum weight load?

Hi,
There is no real correct "max" weight. The bikes suspension travel will produce limits in handling and top speed as the weight increases, It should be able to carry to 2 adults with ease, say 180kg, If you are carrying big loads, then additional tyre pressure would be advisable. Upgrades in rear spring rates would be advisable also if you intend to do touring with heavy loads. You can get a full service manual here for the correct pressures to run and suspension adjustments you can make for high loads. Cheers
