I replaced the drive belt on my john deere d125 lawn tractor. now it moves very slowly and is jerky. how do I fix it?

Sounds like the tension on the belt is not correct is it fitted correctly? was it same size belt? maybe check tension sounds either too slack or too tight....

I have googled LT155 and came upon john deere LT155 lawn tractor(noncurrent). It took me to John Deere's site. I put in your model number and it had several catagories. I would try the alphabetical list, go to B and look for traction belt.

u can change belt yourself need belt size and have to remove cutting deck but check belt tension first if loose with brake off belt stretched out and slipping needs replacement
