I have no water pressure and there must be air in my lines because the water splurts.

In my research, the PE error relates to the fill level of the washing machine. The fill level sensor is a pressure operated device. There is a sealed air line that goes from the bottom of the tub to an air pressure sensor. As the tub fills, it compresses the air in this air pressure sensor. When the tub is filled to the level selected on the dial, the sensor stops the fill cycle.

This air line can be plugged or the sensor itself can be faulty. This air pressure sensor is usually located near the top of the tub just under the top cover. If you can locate it, disconnect the air line from the pressure sensor and blow through it - it may be blocked by lint and soap from several washing cycles. There may be a filter in this line to help prevent this blockage. But the filter may have become blocked itself.

My Maytag top load, looks like PAV2300 but not sure, will not rinse. The water drizzles a bit during the cycle and I hear the timer but the machine does not rinse. I cannot force it into rinse. I have to...

There is a water level pressure switch inside the top panel that has 3 wires on it and a vacuum line. That pressure switch controls the water inlet valve functions via the timer.
If by chance the pressure sensing line is getting hydraulically locked with water due to some form of obstruction it can cause the symptom you describe.

This pressure switch also controls the start of the spin once the water level has dropped (prevents the wash tub from being a water brake and damaging the motor clutch)

If the water level pressure switch is working normally then the only thing left is the timer.

You can do your own testing of the water level presure switch with an external vacuum hose (3 feet in length) connected in place of the machine hose. (DO NOT drop the machine hose when you disconnect it!)

1. place timer on wash and start filling. LID CLOSED
a. Force air orally into the external line
1) Result fill stops agitation begins

2. place timer in spin LID CLOSED and force air into external line until the pressure switch clicks.
a. START SPIN CYCLE NOW and listen for water pump out
b. release pressure on external air line
1) result tub starts spinning

If it passes the above tests your looking at a timer problem causing your no rinse situation.

Well-Rite WR240R makes loud noise every time water flows into it


Tank may be air bound. There is an air valve on top of tank. Take cap off and depress valve momentarily. If water comes out of valve, the bladder is torn, and new tank is needed. If no water comes out, check the pre -charge pressure of tank.
First, run water in house and take note of the on-off pressure of your pump. There should be a water pressure gauge on the water line going into the tank. Take note of the cut on pressure and cut off pressure. Most well systems typically operate at 20-40, 30-50 lbs of pressure. Next,shut off electric to pump. Drain all water from tank. Take a tire gauge and check air pressure of tank. The static or pre-charge pressure should be two lbs less than the cut-on pressure,i.e if your system operates at 30-50, then the pre-charge pressure should be at 28lbs. Adjust pressure as needed. A small air compressor is ideal to use if more pressure is needed.

Pump spinning but not getting up to speed then shuts off


You have a pressurized system using a pressure tank.This is a case of an air logged pressure tank. Meaning there is more air than water in the pressure tank. The pressure tank must hold 2/3 water and 1/3 air of its total volume. Installed at the tank is the air volume control to take care of this proportion. Should the air volume control malfunction or becomes defective, the air-water ratio is affected. And then,
the pressure tank becomes either air logged or water
logged.
SOLUTION:
1. Shut the power off, and open the discharge line
gate valve to flush the water in the pipe lines.
2. Open the drain plug of the pressure tank to empty
all the water at the pressure tank.
3. Close the drain plug, and put the power on.
4. Start the pump, and set the flow control valve 1/4
open.
5. The pump will normally run.

Water collecting when using A/C


My first reaction is that it sounds like a plugged or partially plugged drain line. Clear the drain line by either blowing through it backwards (carefully) or using compressed air. In a worse case the line could be kinked or rotted. Make sure the drain can run freely into its destination. Sometimes the line will need to be disassembled to clean it.

Another cause of this can be static pressure imbalance on the fan...the drain trap should be equal to or just less than in height of the total static pressure of the fan in inches of water column so the water (condensate) is not held back by the fan pressure. Make sure your filter is clean, especially if you have pets.

My water lines going to the engine have no pressure


Did you bleed the air out of the system? there are a couple bleeder screws in the cooling system that have to be opened up so that the air can be bled out. one should be by the thermostat housing and there will be one or two more around the engine. usually on a coolant rail going to the heater core. with the engine running you will have to open them up till you get coolant coming out of them. You may have to do this a couple times in order to get all the air out. this should help you get pressure back in your system.
