What is wrong with the good old fashion on/off switch to work the unit
switch on /off for the pump
switch on/off for the heater
switch on/off for the air bubbles
an expensive spa saved by the wiring up of 3 inexpensive air press button switches
everything else was just adornments to get sales

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

My Purespa's bubbles wont work. The air pump keeps blasting the air and dislodging this one balloon clog piece. What can I do to make it stop dislodging this piece?

Is it plugged in "All" the way?

Possibly whatever "Retaining" lock grooves that kept it in originally, was smoothed out with the removal of it? Maybe a new piece will correct this?

What does E 90 mean ? and how to fix?

You have done everything you can possibly do. You need a new "control base", and at this point I would recommend filing a claim with Intex. Call the Intex Consumer Service Department at 800-234-6839. It may be covered under the warranty . They will guide you through the process. You will need a copy of your original receipt and the model # which is on the side of the control base. There are 2 large orange stickers on the base: one side has the Warning label, and the other side has the Intex Purespa model/modelo #. Example: Model/modelo SSP-H-10

There website is www.Intexstore.com
Good luck.

What does SPH MEAN?

When you have an SPH error it means you could have an over heated power pack, or you have a water flow issue, or possible damaged equipment. Here is the three trouble shooting items you can look for.

1. Your water temperature is lower then 60 degrees (Turn the unit off and let it cool down and then turn it back on, this may fix the issue)
2. Your water inlet or outlet is blocked or partially blocked (Clean the inlet and outlet of the hot tub)
3. Your heater sensor is not working (you may have to replace the heater element or circuit board)
