Question about SmartDisk FireLite 60 GB Hard Drive
I have been using the SmartDisk Firelite External Hard Drive and been loving it. Until today when I plug it in it shows that it is connecting by lighting up and it shows a hard drive on My Computer. However when I click on it, it asks me if I want to format it. I have lots of information on it, have I lost it all? What can I do?
