SOURCE: et blue screen and message msdc on screen.

msdc stands for mass storage device. Try removing the card and all the buttons...leave it alone for 20 minutes...insert the card and then the battery...turn it on.

SOURCE: where are the answers to my question about my camera and why it will not power on. MSDC sign and the power lights remain on both red and green ones. I need help or I will have to sell my camera. P. L.

A) You seem in a bit of a hurry - please don't forget that none of us are paid for the help we offer, and its is likely that someone with the expertise to answer your query is not currently on line. Some of us work, some of us have real lives.
B) You have given no information in this query about the make and model of the camera - merely saying 'Green Cameras' is hardly a sufficient description of your equipment.
C) 'Threatening' to sell the camera if you don't get a reply is not only childish, but silly - with that attitude, do you really feel you are the right kind of person to own a camera ?
D) Following on from that, how do you expect to be able to sell a non-working camera at all ?
If you would care to politely and patiently provide the fullest information and description of the fault that you can, I am sure someone will eventually be able to help you.

Are you charging it by connecting to a computer? The MSDC message says that the camera is connected to a computer. What happens if you disconnect it and then turn it on?

It is charging by USB port using ac adapter, can also charge by computer USB port during picture uploads and downloads. Do you need an instruction manual.

My battery and memory card are in correctly, and it has been "charging for two days, but everytime I turn it on a blue screen that reads MSDC comes on and no matter what buttons I press nothing...

The MSDC simply tells you that the camera is connected to the computer. In order to use the camera to take pictures, you have to disconnect it from the camera.

I get a MSDC message when I plug the camera in to charge

If you're plugging it into a USB port on a computer, then it's perfectly normal. The MSDC is merely telling you that the camera recognizes it is connected to a computer.

MSDC stands for mass storage device. Is it possible that there is no memory card inserted? Or maybe the internal memory is full? Try connecting it to your computer via USB and see what it does... Good luck!
