On the back of the machine, near the inlet connections, there should be stamped in the metal the letters H and C. Hot and cold.

How do you change the air filter?

The air filter cover is the big plastic square box conected to a huge hose that goes to the intake. To remove the cover, snap out the steel clips with your fingrs or a screwdriver ( I think they are just 2 in the Caravan), and loose (but keep it on) the clamp around the big hose I mentioned. It might take some jerking because it gets stuck sometimes. There's an air flow sensor conected to the hose itself, so, if it's in the way or you risk breaking it, just unplug it. All the Dodge electrical connectors have a red safety pin that you need to slide first. Once you remove the filter cover, take the filter out and clean everything (like leaves) off the filter casing. Install the new filter (it goes just in one position), and reinstall the cover, hose and connector. Snap the clips back and don't forget to tighten the clamp. Make sure you don't force the cover to close if it does not look right, some cars use two slots that need to be put back first, and then the clips.

What is code F 02

HI. this code represents a Long Drain issue.

If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and F02 is flashed.

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

NOTE: After 4 minutes the “Sud” error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.

Potential Causes

• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked
• Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
• Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects(Actual drain filter location and procedure below)
• If the above does not correct the problem replace the pump

How to Check your drain pump filter for foreign objects:

Most likely, this issue will be the cause of a clogged drain filter. Use my procedure below to help locate and clean this filter.

First, you will need to unplug your unit and shut off the rear water faucets that feed the unit. The pump has a clean out filter located at the front, behind the lower section of the front panel, that allows for the removal of large objects that may have passed from the basket. You will need to remove the front panel to access this large object filter device. Now, Once you have located the drain filter cap; Push twits and pull out the filter cap that is visible. Clear out any debris and wipe the filter and the surrounding area with a mild detergent. If needed, wear gloves and use vinegar or bleach to remove odors, mold and mildew. Rinse the parts completely, if possible. Next; Remove the drain hose and clean it with a mild detergent or warm water. If necessary, again use vinegar or bleach to remove odors and mildew. Completely purge this hose. Once the drain hose has been purged, Reconnect the drain hose and filter. Next; Place the front panel back on the unit. Reconnect the inlet hoses and plug in the unit and turn it back on for a test run. If the cleansing dose not produce positive results, replace the drain pump.

Click here to access service manual for your unit. The actual component access procedures dealing with this issue will be on page 3-10 in the manual provided under the title"PUMP MOTOR". Front door and panel removal procedures are also described in this manual. This will start on page 4-1. Foucuse on pages 4-3 and 4-4 for front panel removal to access the drain pump and filter assembly.

Cold water trickles into the tub while it is being filled up

The hot and cold water supply hoses that connect the washer from the water supply faucets on the wall to the water connections on the back of the clothes washer usually have filter / sediment screens within there connection fittings at the end of the hoses, these will collect dirt, sand, calcium deposits, etc.,when they trap enough of these materials they will plug up and restrict the flow of water into the clothes washer. Turn off the water faucets at the wall, and you should do this for both hot and cold hoses, disconnect the hoses from the washer and the water faucets, look into the hose ends and pull out the screens and clean them out by running water and what ever you can use to clean them completely!!!!!
Now look inside the water connections on the back of the clothes washer, where you screw the hoses on the washer, and check to see if there are filter screens in there, if there is, remove them and clean out completely also, then reverse the removal process and reconnect the hoses, makeing sure to connect the hot and cold hoses to the right connection on the back of the clothes washer!!
Try filling the washer with water to see if you have corrected the problem.
Make sure hot and cold hoses are correct on the back of the washer!!!!
GOOD LUCK !!!!!!

"OE" message

OE is actually DE - Drain Error. Pop open the little door on the bottom left of your washer, and unscrew the cap on the little tube on the left. ***Water will drain out!***
Once the water is out, unscrew the bigger tube on the right. This holds your drain filter. It is likely clogged, so clean it out and reinstall the filter and cap from the small hose.
Hopefully this fixes it!

all you need to do is get the right sized socket for the plugs and remove them after you take the plug wires off.
the fuel filter should be on a rubber hose under the car near the fuel tank thats held in by hose clamps.
take the clamps off and slide each side of the filter out of the hose and look at the flow direction and install ur new one with the same procedure with the same hose clamps and everything.

LG WM2010CW filter drain no draining

In all likelihood the rubber drain hose is clogged. I had the same problem with my LG front loader. The hose was clogged with sand and dirt almost the entire length of the hose. The following solution is far simpler than taking the dryer apart to clear the drain hose. Besides I figure this same thing could keep reoccurring with all the sand and dirt we get in our clothes here in East Texas.

I purchased about 4 feet of 3/16 inch OD vinyl tubing and adapted it to fit on the end of a garden hose. The adapter gizmo included a valve so I could control the water flow and not give myself a bath. A picture of the gizmo is included below. Make sure that when you connect the water hose to the faucet that the faucet valve is just slightly opened and that the gizmo valve is closed. Using the gizmo is straight forward. First remove the drain filter and than insert the vinyl tubing in the end of the rubber drain hose and slowly open the valve on the gizmo. Make sure you have a large pan or bucket underneath the drain hose to catch the debris and water. Slowly advance the tubing up inside the hose until it won’t go any further. By this time water will also be running out of the drain filter cavity which will indicate the clog has been removed. Continue back flushing for a few more seconds to assure all the debris has been cleared, than clean up and you’re finished.

Hotpoint aquarius wf325 filter problem, Blocked maybe?

You are correct as to the location of the filter.
Remove rear panel, locate large black hose at right lower side.
Remove securing clip and hose, inside you will see the plastic filter, remove and clean filter, note location of plastic ball.
Refit filter and hose, and securely fasten hose back on.
When you remove hose, watch out for water, as there will be some in the hose.

water test before fitting panel back on.
Plz rate my solution
Thanks.

Hotpoint aquarius WMA58 spinning but not draining away all the water

Suggest you check pump filter.
you will find it located at the rear right side of the m/c.
Remove lower rear panel, there you will see a large black hose, remove securing clip, and detach hose, the filter is located inside, remove and clean, make sure you put everything back in the same order you took it off.
This should solve your prob. Make sure the drain hose is not clogged and the outlet is clear also.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.

GE washer WSXH208AWW does not spin and drain out.

Please, make sure your machine is unplugged before you get started. After removing the panel, on the front right side of my machine there was a round white pipe with a screw plug in the middle. The filter is inside that pipe. The actual filter is a basket shaped piece attached to the back of my screw plug. Before I started to work, I looked inside the machine and found a black flexible hose coming from the drum to the filter pipe. I found the drain pipe; mine is gray and attached to the back of the pump. It runs out the back of my machine to the drain. My pump is this little rectangular shaped box attached to the right side of the filter pipe. Like my machine yours probably has water in it. Just know it can get messy in a hurry when you open the plug. I drained out about 12 or 13 gallons of wash water. I had two small buckets, a five gallon bucket, and my wet dry vac just in case. I used the smaller buckets to catch the water as it came out of the machine, and emptied them into the 5 gallon bucket as needed. I very carefully unscrewed the plug, turning it slowly and keeping a little inward pressure on it so the water wouldn’t come gushing out all at one time. Mine came out with quite a bit of force, so be ready. The plug was screwed in firmly (finger tight), but not so tight that I need a tool to open it. I did it without an extra set of hands but an extra set certainly can help when a bucket needs emptied. After all the water had drained out, I removed the plug and cleaned out everything that was in the basket and pipe. There is a small hole in the inside of the drain pipe where the pump attaches to it. I slid my finger inside the hole to feel for anything that might have made its way into the pump. You can feel the impeller for the pump there. I did find some candy wrappers and removed them. Look again at the two hoses (the black one coming from the drum, and the gray drain hose), you will see a clamp on each one attaching them to the filter and pump respectively. I don’t know the technical term for the clamps (I call them compression clamps). If you squeeze the ends of the clamp with a pair of pliers you can loosen the clamp and slide it back so you can pull the hose off. I was glad that I did this because I found a piece of pencil that had made its way past the pump impeller and was stuck in the exit side of the pump. I’m surprised my pump hadn’t burned out. After you feel certain you have removed the debris from the machine and hoses, make sure the two hoses are reattached and firmly clamped if not they will leak. Slide the filter plug back in the pipe and tighten firmly (finger tight). Plug in your machine and hopefully this takes care of the problem. I didn’t put the front panel on right away, I wanted to make sure everything was working and the hoses didn’t leak. Good luck, I hope this gives you enough detail to get the job done.
