Need to reset toshiba 4520c to factory settings

No matter what I try, the Toshiba 4520c print margins are wrong. I'm trying to print with the smallest margin on all sides of the paper in a 2-sided print. However, two sides will be perfect at the .167 margin, while the other two sides have margins of .5. For the life of me, no matter how I change the Publisher or PDF file, the margins won't budge. HELP! :)

SOURCE: paper margin problem in pagemaker application

Do you mean the left margin is too large so all the content is shifted to the right and off the page? If this is the case, it is probably a setting in Pagemaker. In the file menu, choose "page setup" or "print setup". Check the paper size. Check the margins.

SOURCE: Margin printing problems

Check your application's print settings (for e.g. MS Word). Then check the printer's properties and print settings. If nothing works you also try re-installing the latest printer driver. If you use MS word should check the page setup option, for paper size errrors. If the color of your margin is red and the red ink is out then you won't se the margin line.

SOURCE: Blue lines all over the printing

Did u clean the print nozzle's as well? If that does not solve your problem, you should try and replace the cartridge. (Colour in case of blue lines and black in case of black lines)

SOURCE: Print margins too large on Xerox DocuColor 12 - How do I reset?

Not sure this is what your needing but ,,

The Edge Erase default setting is No Erase, which enables the copies to print within 2 mm of each page edge. This is normally sufficient to remove shadows from the edges. If the dark edge is closer than 2 mm, you must set Edge Erase at Variable Erase.

The Variable Erase option enables the copier / printer to vary the amount of erasure from 0 to 50 mm in 1 mm increments. The same amount of erasure is applied to both top and bottom edges or right and left edges of the document.

  1. Select [Edge Erase] on the Added Features tab. The Edge Erase screen is displayed.
  2. Select [Variable Erase]. The Variable Erase screen is displayed.
  3. Under Top & Bottom Edges, use the [Up] arrow to increase the amount of erasure at the top and bottom edges. Use the [Down] arrow to decrease the amount of erasure at the top and bottom edges.
  4. Under Left & Right Edges, use the [Up] arrow to increase the amount of erasure at the left and right edges. Use the [Down] arrow to decrease the amount of erasure at the left and right edges.
  5. Under Original Orientation select the page orientation that most closely resembles the orientation of the document on the Document Glass.
  6. Select [Save]. The Edge Erase screen is displayed.
  7. Select [Save]. The Added Features tab is displayed and shows the new Edge Erase values.

If this model has separate toner and photoconductor then the photoconductor is at end of life and needs to be replaced. Follow the directions that come in the new photoconductor package to install and reset the PC count this is important.

Need to reset administrator password for toshiba a200-1vo

To get Windows Administrator password reset can be a little trouble if you don't have a prepared Windows password reset disk. In this case, you 'd better choose a powerful and safe password reset application like Windows Login Recovery. It is not recommended to re-install your system. 8d68d702-98b7-49df-8562-88a2dafeec12.jpg

We have a Toshiba 4520c copier that beeps while printing jobs

My Toshiba vendor indicates that this is a "feature" and NOT a bug (we haven't signed, so incentive to find an explanation is high). He says that the beeping is to alert you that you've left something on the glass or the document feeder. Likely, this would happen if a sensor is going bad. Look for the toll-free number on the sticker, and the Unit code, call them and tell them to send a tech to fix your bad sensor, no need to bother IT, we usually have bigger fish to fry, especially in this economy.

The problem may lie in the printers setting for the margins. Do you set the margins only in word 2007 or do you check the printers margins too?

Also the issue may lie with the printer having the incorrect paper size

Have a look in the printer properties (When you go to print, its beside the printer selected) and look through there and see if there are any issues.
