Where do I find a Faema Smart A2 replacement touch pad? The left push panel is not working and the guy fixing it wants me to order a new one but I can't find a matching part anywhere on the internet.

You're looking for part number 3301135601. I've come across a few Smarts with Due front panels - so measure your keypad: if it's 68x58mm you need a Due version instead.

Making coffee this morning and I was frothing the milk and the system just shut down.

More than likely your internal components has failed, particularly it sounds like the power supply portion of the circuit. This is due to faulty part or short circuit due to leakage or stress on electrical components. More than likely even if you are "tech savvy" coffee pot are usually difficult to repair depending on the type. The circuit boards are printed and the microprocessor (the brain) more than likely is a glob of black epoxy coupled with micro parts you can barely see. To stop my rambling I would say replace it, or take it back to store for replacement, find another exact coffee pot that is damage but internal electrical components remain in tac, or just trash it and buy another...Good Luck

Bunn keeps blowing the circuit when pulled in

If the circuit resets with the coffee maker unplugged, the coffee maker is at fault. There is a defective part in the unit that is shorted causing an overload in the circuit. You will have to isolate the bad circuit and replace or replace the coffee maker.
