Kindly remove the back panel of the unit and check whether the belt is properly fixed if it is ok means check the wire connection if everything is fine. kindly check the motor humming sound once the water is filled if you find the humming sound means kindly replace the motor

You will need the agitator repair kit to repair it, that knob at the top shaped part just unsnaps,
get a flathead screwdriver and pry it up and off. The knob part is #1 in
the next diagram link, then pull the cap with the handle#23 up and off,
then remove the bolt#2 then the upper part of the agitator will come off; check the diagram copy/paste this link in your browser...
