Try to make a cup of water (same as you make tea), it can also be that the element is full of calcium and then the sensor not get the right value to send to the electric board. If your element is full of calcium then you have to replace it.

SOURCE: descaled and rinsed the machine.
If you are rinsing after doing the descale it has to run out of water. The pump will quit and the rinse should be gone. The you have to go into the menu and select "reset descale" and chose "YES" and then "enter", then you can exit. It will tell you when it needs to be descaled again. Make sure that your water hardness is set to "4".
