Try contacting the seller and ask him to share the tracking number again. sometimes it is just a typing error.
you could also click on item not received if you have not received the item as per the timeline posted on ebay.

Seller not shipping item after payment


If you don't receive an item you paid for, you can receive a refund of the full purchase price plus original shipping on eligible purchases through the eBay resolution process.


Prior to that contact the seller and try to make conversation and solve the issue as these things may occur when selling online. But of coarse, if you cannot work things out you have the option of opening a case by going to the resolution center. Then a few questions will be asked from you and the seller will be contacted. If the seller doesn't make things right, eBay will review the case. If you didn't receive an item you paid for, you'll usually receive a full refund plus original shipping costs.

Report fradulent seller to ebay-did not get my product


if you paid the item and never received it, you need to file an Item not receive case on eBay. You need to log in to your account then hover your mouse to customer support on the upper right and click resolution center in the drop down. then click i haven't received it yet under I bought an item. although you only have 45 days starting the day you purchase the item to file a case. you can do it as well on PayPal's end if you used PayPal in paying for it. You can contact eBay and report the seller, it's also your discretion to leave negative feedback and low ratings as well.

I purchased a kitchenaid on ebay the seller hasn't sent it ,i am not the only one he has ripped off ..why wasnt this guy stopped i am a pensioner and need my money back ebay or paypal will not...


You have to open a case against the seller and follow the procedure they send you.  Go to this link:

I just hope that it's not yet past 45 days since you paid for it.If not, you can file the item not receive case on eBay and here's how;

Here's how you can open an item not received case from My eBay:

1. Please sign in to your account and then please click the My eBay tab located on the upper right side of the page.
2. Then please click the Account tab and inside the Account Summary page please click the Resolution Center link on the left side.
3. Inside the Resolution Center Page, please click "I've not received my item" and please click continue.
4. You will need to enter the item number and please follow the next steps.


To open an Item Not Received (INR) claim through the "Contact Us" options:

1. Click the eBay Buyer Protection header or the "Contact Us" link displayed on the home page.
2. If you click "Item Not Received", the following page will review a list of your recently purchased items. Choose the item(s) that you need help with and click Continue.
3. eBay will ask if you've tried contacting the seller yet. If you choose "Yes", you will be prompted to open a claim online or call us.

If it's already past 45 days, you can no longer file a case on eBay but you can file it from IC3, well I guess that won't be much of help.

You can also check with the seller if they purchased tracking, if there is and you still haven't received it you need to contact the carrier and it could be lost in transition. If there's an insurance you can file a claim with the carrier.
Here's how you can request for the contact information of the seller:

1. Click the "Advanced Search" link at the top of most eBay pages.
2. Click the "Find Contact Information" link under "Members."
3. Enter the member's user ID (the user id of the seller) and item number.
4. Click the "Search" button.

Then you will get an email with the name and phone number of the seller. You can also use this to report to police if you feel that you need to sue the seller for not completing the binding contract.

I purchased item # 308017602001 I received an invoice from ebay but the purchase does not appear in my won list.I tried contacting the above number via search and the reply that appeared was that the item...


with regard to this, it's either the seller closed his/her account or the seller violated some eBay policy that's why the item was removed. if you already paid this item, i suggest that you need to contact eBay and file for the item not receive dispute so that you can get your moneyback.

Haven't received item purchased


I believe that the number you provided is not the tracking number but the ebay item number of the product that you purchased. i checked the number 270473663045 on trackthepack.com and apparently this tracking number doesnt exist. its best to contact the seller or ebay. but i suggest that you need to contact ebay right away so that they can open the item not receive dispute for you.. you will find their number using the link below or you can use the livechat:

I am trying to buy a quad through ebay and I need to know if it is a scam of some sort. I would feel more at ease if you could call me as I am a little slow with the computer. kate 250-562-1792


With regard to your issue, first, the item must be listed in eBay's site. Second, you must win the item on eBay by Buy It Now or auction. If you're not the winning bidder, never ever pay for the item. If you're receiving emails claiming that they're an eBay seller, you can forward it to <a href="mailto:spoof@ebay.com">spoof@ebay.com</a> so it can be investigated. Also remember that legitimate eBay emails must be received both in your My Messages and registered email address.
