If you indeed have a new router then you have new network numbers and the device you are using to view Netflix with will need to be reset for the new network.

I am trying to get on to Netflix , I keep getting the message can't connect I've checked the speed of my internet it is 3.10 Mbps is this enough to connect

Turn off or unplug your Blu-ray player. Unplug your modem (and your wireless router, if it's a separate device) from power for 30 seconds. Plug in your modem and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.

I have a TCL Roku TV model 32S3750-W. My Netflix stop working. After selecting Netflix all I got is the Netflix logo

You may need to provide a Netflix password or a router password to allow Netflix to find your cable service.

I have Netflix on my iPad and have been watching movies by streaming, but lately they have been stopping every 5 to 10 minutes with a message that I need to check Netflix website and the number 1016. Help?

The Netflix App error 1016 while attempting to stream usually indicates an Internet connectivity issue. To resolve this issue, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Powercycle your home network
  1. Turn off your device and unplug both your router and modem for 20-30 seconds.
  2. Plug in your modem and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.
  3. Plug in your router and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.
  4. Turn on your device and attempt to stream again.
