Question about Olympus Audio Players & Recorders
I use an Olympus 510M digital recorder to record 1.5 hours worth of lecture. School use. The file extension is a .wma. On the recorder, the full lecture exists. I have been unsuccessful in transferring the full lecture file to my Mac computer. (Problem 1)
(Problem 2) I would LOVE to convert the .wma file to .mp3 to listen on my ipod. The free version of Switch allows me only portions of the lecture when converting. Perhaps due to the inaccurate copying. Usually only 5 minutes of lecture are copied. The file sizes on the digital recorder and the Mac computer are the same.
Help! Any tips are appreciated.

Would using Switch plus enable me to copy the full file to my computer and convert it to .mp3?
WMA is a windows standard. You can get the free components for Quicktime from Microsoft's web site. This should solve your problem.
