When the PC looks for a driver, select the option to choose a location. When prompted for a location, point it to the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Symbol\TCM2\USB Driver

Any new good USB or Bluetooth headset will come with drivers for XP, Vista and Windows 7 32bit. Vista drivers should work with Windows 7 if non are availble yet, but you will need to try 'em. I'm assuming you are not running Linux tho...

XP INSTALLING

The drivers can be obtained from this website.

If you haven't dumped the OS, use DriverMax to backup your drivers to a USB stick and restore them under XP.

If you have a second computer and are feeling adventurous, you can use the drivers, your XP disk and a program called nLite to create a custom XP disk with the drivers built in. You can also load Service Packs in case your disk is out of date.
