Not my area of expertise; but may I suggest if no English version of the manual becomes available; take the manual to a high school/college, and ask one of the French teachers to translate. A small gratuity would be in order. Just a thought.

You need to type into your search machine ' siemens washer manual' and you should be presented with sources from which you can either download for free or pay for a manual. The sites will ask for the model number at some point!
You should just try to press the start button (commence in french or debute) to set the time. There should be a button that says temps or heure for setting the time for the food to warm but usually just pressing the start button twice or thrice should suffice.
