Why is my bank account being charged by AppleItunes?

Hello Herbert,

There could be number of reasons why you're seeing charges.
1. If you have a apple device (iPhone, Mac, iPad, etc.) and you want to download anything from their apps (itunes, appstore, etc.) you need to add payment information (cc, bank account) EVEN if it's a free app. So if you've forgotten about it and downloaded a app, that's one explanation for the charge.

2. Could your bank account be compromised and the charges are fraudulent?

Quickest way to find out is to log into your Apple account and check for recent purchases.

Thanks

How do I cancel iTunes from my daughters phone? it comes out of my account every month and id like to cancel it

If you share an account you can block purchases with a passcode that you don't share with her. If she has a separate library setup in iTunes then you would need to log into her account and cancel that way. ITunes does not cost to have an account. Only for add on purchases and songs, etc. any charge you are getting is something she signed up for.

You billed my credit card a purchase I never made how do I remove it? ALSO, I do not recall ever giving you my Discover Card...what do I do?

A charge from apple? When you sign up for an iTunes account, it will ask for your credit card details, then when you make a purchase from the iTunes/App Store, the card will be charged.

How can I know if I'm buying tracks by having an itunes gift card and maybe not my credit card?

Based on Apple "Gift certification, allocation breaks, and prepaid credit card are utilized first. .If you've number free tune credits or present certificates, prepaid cards, or allocation credits, your charge card is charged for the tracks you buy."

Therefore more straightforward to check always your breaks outstanding before and after getting items on free itunes codes

A sudden drop from 50% to 7% means that the battery is faulty, it is simply a case where it is not holding any charge. I would suggest you contact the seller and check if the battery is under warranty. Hope this helps and good luck.Any question please feel free to ask.

I received an email invoice from "iTunes Store [do_not_reply@itunes.com}." Order no. 6871265, $783.99 total. I did not order anything from the iTunes Store. I replied to that address, and have received...

Hello hnuss,
That order number is a fake order number (so it seems) but just in case I suggest you contact iTunes Customer Support immediately and have them look into this further for you.
I heard there was a fraudulent email sent by (Not Apple) but someone else with fake 'invoice' information and purchases.
Here's the link for you to skip searching all over Apple's website :) http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact.html
