How do u switch power usage from battery to a power outlet on a 1989 winnebago econoline 350??

Your owners manual is available online. It says the connverter automatically switches in when the power is connected. If the breakers are on, this should automatically power up the 110 outlets. Have you located the converter?

Generac generator won't turn off in automatic

It is possibly a transfer switch issue, not the generator control board. Have an electrican kill utility power, let it start and run, then disconnect the sensing wires in the ATS. If it stops problem is ATS

HOW DO I install a 3 phase generater to an mcc to automatically change over to generater power in the event of a mains power failure?

You would need a three phase automatic transfer switch.

Your local electric company usually requires you the have these automatic transfer switches install by a license electrician.

I am trying to add an additional PoE device, put it will not power up. How can I tell the switch to power up a specific port, or put the switch into automatic mode?

Are you within the power budget?

Power feeding of Ethernet is limited for fixed 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX ports. The solution can provide maximum output power per PoE port up to 15.4W on 12 ports or 7.5W on 24 ports simultaneously. The Switch provides independent overload and short-circuit protection for each port, LED indicators for power status per PoE port, and supports IEEE802.3af MIB for Power over Ethernet functionality.
For each attached 802.3af-compliant device, the Switch automatically senses the load and dynamically supplies the required power. The Switch delivers power to a device using the two data wire pairs in the twisted-pair cable. Each port can provide up to 15.4W of power at the standard -48 VDC voltage.

I'm wiring a briggs and stratton 1918 automatic transfer switch. how do i wire the chosen circuits to be powered? would they be wired exactly as if they were at the main panel?

With any transfer switch, automatic or otherwise, there are three (3) connections:

1. The normal feed (from your local utility)
2. Emergency feed (from your generator)
3. The load (your power panel or other electrical loads)

The transfer switch should be marked "N" for normal, "E" for emergency, and "L" for load

If you want individual circuits, then you will need a second power panel to separate the circuits.

This can be tricky, and if you are not familiar with transfer switches or emergency power, it's best left to a licensed electrician.

Series165 Automatic Transfer Switch with faulty controller

You have a faulty component in the controls somewhere. Sometimes you can find it by unhooking things, then try powering up until it stays on. Then you isolate it down by gradually hooking things back up until your problem comes back.
