SOURCE: My Bissell ProHeat 2X CleanShot

No what it means are the tubes that carry the solutions are plugged and most likely full of old detergent that hardened. You will need to clean all the plastic tubing out for the dispensers. When your done using the machine always run clean water only through the dispenser and tube to flush out the detergents.

Have you made sure that the tanks are seated properly and the red
(or black) auto-load gaskets are in place.
Check the bottom of the Water Tank and the Formula Bottle to make
sure each has a red auto-load gasket attached and facing outwards.
You should be able to press the x-valve in the center of the auto-load
gasket so water or cleaning solution comes out.

My pool vaccum cleaner moves slowly

With these pool cleaners, there are several things you need to check if they are moving slowly. Use your water flow gauge to check and make sure you have proper water flow. Adjust the flow if necessary. Check for worn shoes and wings and replace them if necessary. Make sure that you don't have a blockage in the navigator throat that could cause sluggish movement.

My cleaner works for a few minutes, climbs a wall and rolls over onto it's head.

If the problem always occurs when the pool cleaner starts to climb walls, there are a few things that you will want to check. First of all, if your pool has a vinyl liner, this pool cleaner has limited climbing ability. You need to check the flow of water through the cleaner with your flow gauge. It might be low. If it is, increase the water flow. Also, make sure that your hose weight positioning is correct. The cleaner should sit at a 45 degree angle at the bottom of the pool when resting when the weights are right.

My zodiac is pulsating, diaphragm is clean but it stays in one place>??

It sounds like you might need to adjust the pool cleaners water pressure. You need to use your flow gauge and check it. Keeping the hose submerged, attach the flow gauge to the hose and turn on the pump. Verify that the red indicator in the gauge (viewed from the side) is at the Number 3 setting. If you flow is low, verify that valves controlling the suction lines are in the correct position.

My haywood wi running but is is very slow. Just spent 170.00 to get all parts fixed.

If you have replaced the parts on your pool cleaner, it is probably going to be an issue with the water flow. Check the water flow with your waterflow gauge and adjust it if necessary. See step 6 in the owners manual below if you are not sure how to adjust your water flow.

Doesn't move at all.

With these pool cleaners, it is most often improper water flow. Check your flow gauge and adjust if necessary. Also, check the throat of your cleaner for obstructions and make sure that your shoes and wings are not worn.

My navigator is suctioning however when it hits a wall it simply stays there and won't turn around any more.

With these automatic pool cleaners, it is often a problem with the water flow not being correct. Test your cleaner to make sure that the water flow is coming out properly. Adjust the water flow gauge if necessary. Make sure that the shoes and wings are in good shape and not functioning properly. Make sure that the rear screen if clear or debris. Make sure that the cone gear rotates freely in both directions. If none of these work, you might have to replace your gear box.

My Bissell 9500 Proheat 2X has no suction.

I think you have a suction problem, as everyone else seems to have! Try checking the lint filter. It is located in the top clear plastic section (the one with the dial to switch from floor to tool use). There is a little red plastic piece about 1 inch square on the under side of it. Flip open the little door on it and you will probably find that it is blocked with hair, carpet fibre, etc.. Clean it out and your problem will hopefully be solved!

Why does my pool cleaner move very slow? I made sure that there isn't anything blocking it. Is this a pressure problem?

It could be one of several small problems with these automatic pool cleaners. First, check your water flow with the water flow gauge and adjust it if necessary. It could be that the cleaner simply isn't getting the water pressure it needs to move it along. Make sure that the wings and shoes are in proper working condition. If they look worn, you will want to replace them.
