Print keeps fading, even though using new ink

check your printer settings, make sure color only is not checked off, or if you mainly print black and white documents, you should have that option checked, you may have to go into advance printer options to do this.

Jobs don't print, though printer is ready

This printer is notoriously problematic and you may be better off getting a new printer. We had one of these and it only lasted about 1 year before the same problems occurred. We trashed it after fighting for a while.

The problem is with the printers formatter. Unfortunately, if it is out of warranty, you are out of luck as a new printer is probably less expensive than the fix. Here is a forum regarding this issue on HP's website.

I would contact HP directly to see if this machine can be fixed. Sorry to break the bad news and I hope you find a solution soon.

Mazda 626 1999 Gxi - abs light comes on

Sounds like a dry caliper(if disc brakes) or dry wheel cylinder (if drum). Some times a good cleaning goes a long way but may take some disassembling to do it.

When I first print a page of text, it comes out all faded--like when the cartridge is empty, even though I just had the cartridge refilled. When I print the same page again, the text becomes a little...

Ok two things here, the slides need wiping with a cloth, even use a small amount of sewing machine oil on cloth ( SMALL AMOUNT I SAID) then run the machine in cleaning mode and also check the print mode this is in the printer queue module under tools or maintenace.

Little clip

is this a clip for holding something in place or a jumper like this one? 5269983d5c31a7ca link if picture does not show ( scroll halfway down to see jumper photo.

if it looks like this , bend the two pins it goes on apart just a tiny bit before you replace it on the pins, this will add enough tension when you put the jumper on to keep it from freely falling offf
