SOURCE: vertical deflection
The problem may have been caused by the Vertical Filter Capacitors located in the immediate area of the deflection chip. If this is the case, and the chip you replaced was bad, you may infact, have another bad chip. You need to check for a shorted capacitor before rechanging the chip again. Good Luck

My version is :
For safety reason you should replaced them ( Horizontal ic,Vertical ic, Deflection ic) and olso all the big capasitor nearest the ic....that's my version....if you have big budget for it....he..he....

hola tengo un tv onwua que no me habre el verticar ya revise los voltajes y estan bien pero en la pata 11 tengo solo 7 voltios en ves de 12 voltios cual puede ser el problema de mi parte muchas gracias.mi email es email@example.com.

If there's an audio,,it might be the defective Vertical IC...but check first if there's 24v-26vdc supply coming from FBT going to Vcc of Vertical IC.
If there's no Audio,and only white horizontal line in the screen,check the Vertical out of Jungle IC.
