Sorry, no solution, can't help - it looks like a no-name brand - cannot even find a makers web site. Is there a reset button at the back? Looks like you'll have to go back to the vendor / agent.

SOURCE: I was watching tv today
Disconnect the signal source from your television. Are you using a cable box or satellite tv box? Then disconnect it from your television. The perform a reset all on the television from its setup menu. Before reconnecting the cable/satellite disconnect the set top box for a minute or two to reset it as well.
If you do not have a cable box and if you are just connecting cable tv or an antenna to this television then disconnect the coaxial cable from the tvs rf input. Do a reset all from the setup menu. Complete a channel scan. Reconnect the coaxial cable. You may need to complete another channel scan at this point. You may have to delete this channel from your tuner and not view it in the future if it is causing a problem

Try to check the fuse if blown due to long time usage, you can check it with a multi meter or if the unit still have warranty try to bring it back to the shop where you bought it for the security of your vacuum. feel free to send feed back good day and best regards.

Are there any lights or indications on the battery itself that might tell you if the battery is good? I had a laptop with a similar problem and it turned out to be both a bad battery and a bad "power brick". replacing both fixed my issues. Also, try holding the power cable at the point where it connects to the laptop and push to the left or right. A friend's laptop would only start if you held the power cable to the left. Otherwise, it sounds like a mother board issue. Sorry.

Tips for a great answer:
If you forgot the four digit parent lock code you set up for the LeapPad3, LeapPad Ultra or LeapPad Platinum, you may retrieve the code with these steps:
1. Using a computer or other device connected to the internet, go to www.leapfrog.com
2. Click "Log In/Register" (or "My Account" if already signed in) on the top right of the page.
3. Sign in with the email address used to set up the LeapPad.
4. You'll land on the "My Account" page.
5. Click "Account Information". Directly beneath the orange "Edit" button you will see the Parent Lock code information for any LeapPad3 or LeapPad Ultra set up using this account.
