It seems that your problem is with the lid switch and it should be replaced. The switch is inside the washing machine main housing near the door frame. You have to raise the top of the washer to get to the switch. Good luck!

The lock is rubbish on this machine but as a temporary measure you can feed a string down behind the door lock from the top and out the bottom. Then yank it to the left to open the lock. It will take a few tries but you get the hang of it!
We got sick of this so ordered a new lock off the net. I basically had to break the old mechanism to fit the new one because the door layers were so strongly glued together. Now fitted, the lock works perfectly but the machine thinks the door's open the whole time! Next step is either new door or new machine. Great.

The main PCB, before sending the door aperture signals, checks for the following conditions:
• The drum must be stationary (no signal from the tachymetric generator)
• The water level must not be higher than the lower edge of the door
• The temperature of the water must not be higher than 40º C.
Automatic release device
In the event of a power failure, or if the appliance is switched off using the ON/OFF switch, or if there is a
fault in the solenoid valve, the bi-metal PTC cools within a period of between 55 seconds and about 4
minutes (at a temperature of 65°C), thus releasing the door.
if after swiching off for longer than 5mins and the door lock does not unlock the lock must be faulty.

CCU means the computer control board. The CCU can also be called the main circuit board of the machine. The main circuit board is the board which controls all the other functions in the machine. All the other electric parts in the machine gets signal/command from main board to function. If main board is faulty then it will not let the command to other parts to function. But if main board is partially faulty then it will control some functions but not all.In both cases partially or complete faulty main board. The board has to be replaced. As per the fault which you have explained it indicates faulty main board, because the power cord is passing power to the machine but board is not functioning properly.----------- To get required part you can get it from partsselect.com or fron searspartsearch.com -------------.
