Boas is a type of premium sound since the radio says delco you do not have boas. Onstar is a system that is added for security - what this means is if you are in an accident onstar can find you and dispatch police to your location etc.
Since you don't know what it is I would assume you don't have it .
The dash kit you need is a $40.00 kit part number 95-2009 ,
The wire harness is $89.99 , part number gmrc-01 . You will also need an antenna adapter part number 40-gm10 or gm-6 which runs $5.00 . All of these parts I can order for you give me a ring or email me M&M Car Audio 545 n cedar st. Mishawaka , In 46545

I got a car with the Pioneer Carrozzeria AVIC HRZ88 installed however it's in Japanese. Anybody have the instruction manual or know how I can change the unit's language to English. Thanks.

I have found it looks just like the AVIC HD1BT and the menus look similar, but at least in English. Check out the install/user/quicksetup manuals here: http://www.pioneer.eu/uk/support/manuals/AVIC-HD1BT/page.html
Might even be able to update the software, if you are prepared to do so at your own risk!

Can I install a Pioneer Avic Z1 into a 2002 gmc jimmy?if so is there a dash kit and wiring harness available?

Yes, that is the best way to go. Most local automotive stereo stores sell an installation kit that has a surround that the new stereo mounts in to and fits the space of the stock stereo, and also comes with a wiring harness that wires the new stereo to a plug that fits tthe car's stock radio connector.

Will a avic-d2 fit in a 99 suburban

Hello johnnyv806,

Not without modification. The receiver is a standard "double DIN" and the dash opening on your Surburban is approximately 3" in height. You might be able to find someone that makes a "dash kit" for your year and model, but I wouldn't count on it. There are many kits for GM made by Metra, Scosche, and PAC, but most I've seen are for later models and/or for single DIN use.

Hope this helps.
