Clear up as much internal memory as you can. Put apps onto SD Card. Clear the miscellaneous files completely and clear all the cached data. That should do it.

Who is your carrier? A lot of the carriers release based on when they are ready, not by the phone manufacturer. You can check with your carrier for this information. Thanks!

Try to make update to software and wuld woek great or go to a service centre and ask for reflash software but 1st make a buckup on your laptop-pc

1. Install Drivers
2.Download Oding program install And Run..
3. Download samsung galaxy J7 SM-J710GN Stock Rom.
4. Turn off your phone. and press and hold "volume down + home + power.
5. Then Connect your phone to Computer. and Press volume up
6. Click AP and Locate Stock Rom File and Click OK.
7. Click "Start"
