This depends on your cell phone provider, in many cases you can text #BAL to a special number to get your account balance, Other providers may want you to log into their website to find out.
It's best to contact your cell phone provider for exact details on how best to check your account details each month.
I think you will be best served by contacting you bank and disputing the charges, and then contacting netflix by phone and have them cancel your account and refund the funds.
Last night, Oct.2, I reinstated my Netflix account. This morning checking on my debit/checking account I see two charges against the account. One for $8.65 and the other for $9.19. Please tell me why two charges and my understanding is was for $7.49 per month. Thank you, Bob Moffett
I don't know why or how windowsLive would stop you from accessing your hotmail account... but, if yoou cannot get to hotmail.com or msn.com, then try bing.com . On the top of the bing screen you'll find a 'sign in' link. This sign-in is for all of the MSN services including hotmail.
If for some reason, you are unable to get to hotmail from any of these methods, I would download another browser, like Opera, Firefox, or Chrome...
