Question about Televison & Video
A new screen or television will fix that right up. Sorry to sound so brash but that is something that cannot be fixed that I know of, unless if you put a little twist or squeezing pressure on the chassis, and it blinks off, (not too much) then a connection cleaning or re-positioning should fix it. You would need to be a technician type person to take the unit all apart to fix.
